Din cele mai vechi timpuri oamenii au folosit deshidratarea pentru a se bucura de fructe si legume pentru un timp mai indelungat. Am reinviat aceasta tehnica astazi si am reinterpretat-o pentru a crea un produs nou pe piata din Romania, 100% natural, fara aditivi, zahar sau conservanti. Folosim o temperatura joasa de uscare ceea ce ne permite sa conservam cat mai multe din calitatile fructelor si legumelor in starea lor naturala. We started our farming with perhaps the tastiest root vegetable we know. The white sweet potato. Organically certified and grown with love, our flours are gluten free and not a single chemical was used in its entire life from shoot to packed product.
